Why group emails by domain?
The domain — the part after the @ — tells you a lot about an address. Grouping by it lets you separate internal contacts from external ones, split a mixed list by company or client, see how many addresses use each free provider (gmail.com, outlook.com), or spot a single domain that dominates your list. Instead of scrolling and sorting by hand, you get every domain bucketed with a count.
How it works
- Paste your text or list of addresses on the left.
- Addresses are grouped by domain, largest group first (or sort A→Z).
- Use a group's copy button to grab just that domain's addresses.
- Copy the whole grouped list, or export it as TXT or a two-column CSV.
Duplicates are removed automatically, and nothing is uploaded.

Frequently asked questions
How do I group a list of emails by domain?
Paste your addresses into the box on the left. Each one is bucketed by the domain after the @ (gmail.com, acme.io, and so on), and the groups appear on the right with a count for each. You can copy a single domain's addresses, or copy/export the whole grouped list.
Can I copy just one domain's addresses?
Yes. Every group has its own copy button, so you can grab all the addresses at, say, @acme.io in one click — handy for separating internal contacts from external ones, or one client from another.
Can I sort the domains?
Yes. Sort domains by count to see the biggest groups first, or A→Z to find a specific domain quickly. Duplicate removal is on by default and is case-insensitive.
Is my list uploaded anywhere?
No. Grouping happens entirely in your browser using JavaScript. Your list is never uploaded, stored, or logged — nothing leaves your device.
Can I export the grouped result?
Yes. Copy the whole grouped list to your clipboard, download it as a .txt file (grouped with headers), or download a two-column .csv of email and domain for a spreadsheet.
