How do I remove duplicate emails from a list?
Paste your list of email addresses into the box on the left — one per line, or separated by commas or semicolons. The tool instantly removes every duplicate and shows the unique addresses on the right, with a count of how many duplicates were removed. Then copy or download the clean list.
Is the duplicate check case-insensitive?
Yes. "Sam@Acme.io" and "sam@acme.io" are treated as the same address, so mixed-case duplicates are removed too. Turn on "Force lowercase" if you also want the output normalised to lowercase.
Does my email list get uploaded anywhere?
No. Everything runs locally in your browser using JavaScript. Your list is never uploaded, stored, or logged — nothing leaves your device. You can even go offline and the tool keeps working.
Is there a limit on how many emails I can clean?
No. There are no limits on list size or how often you use it. Because the work happens on your device, you can de-duplicate large lists as often as you like, for free.
