Privacy Policy

PullEmails is built privacy-first. The core promise is simple: the text you paste and the email addresses you extract never leave your device. This page explains exactly what that means.

What happens to the text I paste

All email extraction runs locally in your web browser using JavaScript. When you paste or type text into PullEmails, it is processed entirely on your own computer or phone. The text — and any addresses found in it — is never uploaded to a server, transmitted over the network, stored, or logged. Once you close or refresh the page, it's gone.

Data we collect

We do not collect, sell, or share the contents of anything you paste. We do not require an account, and we do not ask for any personal information to use the tool.

The only setting we store is your light/dark theme preference, which is kept in your browser's localStorage on your own device so the page remembers it on your next visit. It is never sent anywhere.

Analytics and cookies

PullEmails does not set advertising cookies. If we use privacy-respecting, aggregate analytics to understand overall traffic, it never includes the text you paste or the addresses you extract.

Responsible use

PullEmails is a utility for organising email addresses you already have a right to use. You are responsible for ensuring you have permission to contact the people whose addresses you collect, and for complying with anti-spam and privacy laws such as the GDPR and the CAN-SPAM Act.
